Ingredients
1 1/4 lbs chicken breast, cut into 1 1/4-inch cubes
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp unsalted butter, divided
1 1/2 Tbsp fresh garlic, finely minced
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
Pat the cubed chicken dry with paper towels.
Toss chicken in a bowl with flour, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken to the pan in a single layer, ensuring not to overcrowd.
Sear chicken for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
Reduce heat to medium, add remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and the minced garlic to the skillet.
Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the butter is melted, fragrant, and coating the chicken.
Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
Do not overcrowd the pan to ensure a crispy golden crust forms on the chicken. Using freshly minced garlic is recommended for the best flavor profile. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
