Ingredients
2 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon Garlic salt
10.5 oz Cream of chicken soup
1 cup Sour cream
6 ounces Chicken-flavored stuffing mix
12 ounces Frozen green beans, thawed
Instructions
Place the boneless chicken breasts into the bottom of the slow cooker insert.
Season the chicken breasts thoroughly with the garlic salt on both sides.
Whisk the cream of chicken soup and sour cream together in a medium mixing bowl.
Spread this creamy mixture evenly over the chicken breasts to create a moisture barrier.
Sprinkle the dry stuffing mix directly over the top of the soup layer.
Scatter the thawed green beans across the top of the stuffing layer.
Secure the lid firmly on the crockpot.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours until the chicken reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Notes
Use a homemade cream of chicken soup to reduce sodium content if desired. Ensure chicken is fileted to a consistent thickness for even cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
